OLBA Memo
July 5th Tournament
Our OLBA tournament scheduled for July 5th has been cancelled. We are changing it to an in house tournament, still sponsored by HMP.
There is already a sign up sheet in the jack shack for this tournament. First prize is $72.00.
It will be 2-10 end games.
Also, Linda and Ken have placed a signup sheet there are well for session 2 jitney.

OLBA Tournament CAPREIT Blue & Gold Open Pairs
It was a perfect day for bowling and our out of town visitors did quite well. Thanks to all the volunteers who helped set up and tear down. Thanks to Mark, Doug and Ann on food. Draw Master Ken did a superb job with the help of runner Larry. Thanks to Peter for manning the gate and thanks to CAPREIT for your sponsorship and support. (click on photos to enlarge them).

National Bowls Day
After a rainout we rescheduled National Bowls Day to June 15 and we had a perfect weather day. We had a good turnout for our BBQ lunch and quite a few non bowlers came out to have a look at the sport and several gave it a try for the first time.
