The Christie Family Tournament

It drizzled rain for half of our first game but the rest of the day was dry and fairly warm. Thanks to Wayne and Gail for sponsoring and hosting the tournament. Thanks to Ann, Debbie and Doug for a great lunch. Here are some photos of the day (click on photos to enlarge them and scroll through).

2019 Bob Case Tournament for the South Huron Food Bank

We managed to dodge the raindrops to have another successful Bob Case Tournament and we raised $440 for the South Huron Food Bank. Well done Grand Cove Lawn Bowlers and all the volunteers who helped with the delicious food and set up and thank you to our sponsor Bob Case Plumbing and Electric. District Singles Champs 2019

Andy Davis and Wilma Jilesen won the OLBA District Novice Singles Championships last week in Stratford. They will go on to Stouville and Richmond Hill to represent District 4 and our Cove in the Provincial Championships on Sept 21. Well done Andy and Wilma.
